1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the aq99o platform ("Platform" or "Website") and all related service-providing entities ("aq99o", "we", "us") and users of the platform ("you", "user", "member").

aq99o is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. By accessing, registering on, or using any service of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these terms in full and agree to abide by them.

In addition to these terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also govern your use of the platform. These documents together form a complete agreement.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To use the aq99o platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must not be a resident of any area where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• You must have a valid mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) registered in your own name.

2.2 Registration Process

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being cancelled and any balances being forfeited. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

aq99o may request documents for identity verification at any time. We reserve the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is complete. Typically, a copy of a national identity card or passport and mobile banking account verification may be required.

3 Account Security

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and do not share them with any third party.

• Use a strong password made up of a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Log out of your account after logging in on someone else's device or a public Wi-Fi network.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization, notify our support team immediately.
• aq99o will not be responsible for any transactions carried out on your account by a third party.

Transferring or selling an account is strictly prohibited. An account may only be used by the person in whose name it is registered.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are accepted for deposits at aq99o. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact our support team.

Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions may be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

• Account verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds received from bonuses.
• We reserve the right to suspend and verify withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.
• Once a withdrawal request is under review, it may not be possible to cancel it.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must complete wagering of 25 times the total of (deposit + bonus).
• The bonus offer applies to the first deposit only.

• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or the same IP address is prohibited.

5.2 VIP Program

aq99o's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

You can move up to a higher tier based on regular and active play. aq99o reserves the right to change VIP benefits at any time.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

6 Gaming Rules

The aq99o platform offers slots, live casino, sports betting (including cricket, football, and kabaddi), fishing games, and many other game categories. Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed before starting the game.

• Game outcomes are determined entirely by a computer-generated random number generator (RNG).
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the amount bet in that round will be refunded.
• If the rules of any game provider change, aq99o will endeavour to reflect those changes.
• In sports betting, if a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Bets on a match must be kept within the specified limits. Limits may vary by game or event.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aq99o platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Using fraudulent methods to claim bonus or promotion benefits.
• Attempting to interfere with game software or gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Defrauding or harassing other users.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's payment account.
• Allowing anyone under the age of 21 to use an account.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

aq99o reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms or any other policy.
• Suspicion of money laundering or fraud.
• Registration using false or misleading information.
• Prolonged inactivity (more than 36 months).
• Due to a court order or legal obligation.

You may also request account closure at any time through support. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.
